Breakthrough in performance limit of high-performance copper alloy
In recent years,the research hotspots of high-performance copper alloys are mainly reflected in several aspects,such as high-strength and high conductivity electrical copper alloys,lead-free and environmental friendly copper alloys,high-strength and wear-resistant copper alloys,ultra-high purity copper,high-performance copper matrix composites,etc.The research progress of high-strength and wear-resistant copper alloys has been made,including alloy design of high-strength and tough aluminum bronze,high-strength and wear-resistant cast aluminum bronze,high-strength and wear-resistant deformed aluminum bronze,high-strength and wear-resistant cast aluminum white copper,etc.Among them,the worm gear of elevator traction machine made of high-strength wear-resistant cast aluminum bronze(KK)has 9 times higher wear resistance,34%higher friction reduction and 6 times higher bearing capacity than the similar aluminum bronze worm gear imported from Japan.It has been widely used in elevator industry and reducer industry such as Guangri and Hitachi.At the same time,on the basis of the developed high-strength wear-resistant cast aluminum bronze(KK),a high-strength wear-resistant deformed aluminum bronze alloy(kk3)used under special working conditions has been further developed.This alloy has been listed in the national military standard,has obtained the scientific research and production license of weapons and equipment,and has been supplied in large quantities stably,comprehensively replacing foreign imported materials.
