The temperature rise of the copper bar under the insulation coating is lower than that of the bare bar.Instead of reducing the capacity,it can increase the capacity.Our insulating anti-corrosion resin has excellent thermal conductivity,and the coating is closely combined with the copper bar(no air gap),so the thermal radiation(heat dissipation)effect is better than the bare bar under the same conditions(temperature rise test results:the bare copper bar is 43℃,and the temperature of our coated copper bar is 35℃).Due to the low thermal conductivity and the existence of thermal insulation air gap,the heat of the heat shrink sleeve is unnecessarily retained in the busbar,so the temperature is higher than that of the bare busbar,so it has to reduce the capacity and increase the cost.
